Your contact for this flannel development conversation is Mr Kcal. Send a brief introduction to the garment project, your desired fabric direction and any existing reference. If you have a finished sample or technical pack, explain which parts should remain the same and which need to change.
Begin with three useful inputs
Tell Fred what you are making, your estimated production quantity and whether you need a cutting, hanging panel or material for a garment trial. You can leave composition, weight or width open for discussion. A short, concrete enquiry is enough to begin a feasibility review.
Prepare a focused enquiry
Suggested opening: “We are developing [garment] for [wearing situation]. We expect [quantity and unit] and would like [sample format]. Please discuss suitable flannel references and what information is available. Our priorities are [surface, silhouette or trial questions].” Add the destination and desired timing if known.
Use the channel that suits the conversation
Email is useful for an organised brief and attachments. WhatsApp can start a short discussion. The buttons open your own application; review the message and send it there when you are ready. Opening a draft or copying text does not deliver an enquiry.
Keep documents with the sample version
Include the source and date of an existing specification and distinguish a buyer target from a confirmed reference fact. Label photographs with the reference and view. A change in colour, finish or sample version should be visible in the subject and brief.
Arrange samples and orders with Fred
Ask Fred to confirm availability, sample cost, quotation basis and timing for the project. This website does not accept payments or confirm stock. A requested date remains a target until agreed. Commercial arrangements are confirmed through the business conversation.
