Your development decision

Prepare a clear garment-development draft, with technical details optional and buyer targets separate from confirmed facts.

Start with the garment

Garment use is the only field required to generate a draft. Estimated quantity and sample intention are useful recommended inputs. All other unknown fields can remain open for discussion.

Add buyer targets

Record composition, yarn route, weight with original unit, usable width, colour, care and timing where known. These describe what you want. The tool does not turn them into properties of an available Fred fabric.

Identify verified reference facts

If you already have an actual sample and supplier document, record reference, version and source beside confirmed values. An external sample retains its stated source. Leave this section empty when facts have not been confirmed.

Include questions and observations

Supplier questions and actual trial observations have their own sections. Do not paste a desired result into an observation field. A trial status is a reviewer’s judgement and does not establish bulk or laboratory approval.

Review local and English outputs

The draft presents a local-language summary and a structured English summary. Your free text remains in its original language. Copy, download or print the output and return to edit before sharing it.

Send from your own application

Email opens a prepared draft for you to review and send. WhatsApp opens a short public greeting; paste the detailed brief yourself. Attach photographs in your email or messaging application. This tool does not upload attachments or report an enquiry as received.
