Find a Flannel Direction for Your Garment

Identify the garment checks and cloth directions to discuss before requesting physical references.

Your development decision

Identify the garment checks and cloth directions to discuss before requesting physical references.

Choose the garment

Select trousers, suit, blazer, jacket, coat, skirt, overshirt, uniform or another use. The tool shows checks relevant to that garment. It does not match a catalogue SKU or verify that a candidate is available.

Describe shape and surface

Choose a structured line, softer movement or an open direction, then the surface preference. These remain buyer targets. They can inform a woolen or worsted feasibility question without proving a particular cloth’s performance.

Map the contact

State direct contact, intended lining or an unresolved choice. The garment trial should assess the actual construction and wearer. A surface selection does not guarantee skin comfort.

Keep technical requirements open

Add yarn-route or composition requirements in the brief if fixed. Weight and width can remain open for discussion. Unknown answers do not need to be guessed to reach a useful next step.

Review the discussion direction

The result gives plain questions and garment checks, without a suitability score or an invented reference. Ask Fred to identify actual candidates and specifications before making a trial comparison.

Continue with a brief or trial

Carry the garment and non-personal choice identifiers into the next tool. Free text stays on the page unless you explicitly choose tab storage or export. Review and send your enquiry in your selected communication application.
