Your development decision
Generate a garment-specific checklist and record actual conditions, before/after observations and a limited trial judgement.
Identify the garment and cloth
Choose the garment and enter the sample reference, version and received date where known. If material has not arrived, generate planned tasks only and leave all observations unrecorded.
Review the planned checks
The list follows garment needs such as knees and seat, lapels, layered hems or buttonholes. Include supporting material, lining and intended care in the method. You can add a buyer-specific check.
Record conditions
For each task, write how it will be reviewed, including relevant activity, process, direction and measurement basis. Acceptance requirements are agreed by your team; the tool supplies no automatic thresholds.
Keep observations separate
Enter before and after observations independently. Describe what was actually seen and retain photograph or report references if useful. Blank observations remain blank and do not trigger an automatic pass.
Use a limited review status
Not checked is the default. Acceptable for this trial records your own judgement on the current sample, while discuss flags a question. Completion counts recorded observations and is not a percentage of certification or approval.
Export your own record
Download text or JSON, copy or print, and import the JSON into the comparison tool if desired. Storage is in page memory by default; optional tab storage expires after 30 minutes. Export does not submit the record to Fred.
